Apartments themselves are beautiful, never had any issues with it while I lived here for a year and about 8 months. Just be careful with the staff. I left a review previously and I took it down as we attempted to resolve it, only for me to be told I am wrong. I explained the entire situation and what happened, and was still told it's my fault and was offered no resolution whatsoever. If you like getting your deposits back, take your business elsewhere. You can clean your apartment inside out, top to bottom and they'll still keep the entire thing to "repaint" ALL of the walls. There's beautiful apartments in the Otay area for similar prices, which is also a way better area. Take your money over there.

I recently moved to this place and i love it!! Very clean, modern complex and with a great staff. Property manager alicia made the process very easy and walk us thru all the steps efficiently, answered all of our questions and doubts in a positive and kindly way. Me and my family are very thankful and happy to live here.

Just moved in because I basically had to (bf is in the military and we needed a place ASAP) and I totally regret choosing this place. Property management is rude and disrespectful. Tried to move in on my scheduled move in date and the manager had a list of reasons as to why I couldn't move in, it was a MESS and she did not ease the situation at all and only made things worse.
