I have been living here for two years and just renewed my lease for another year. This community is really great. The management team really does care about the community. The pandemic hit everyone really hard but it brought everyone together as the management team held contests and other fun activities for different occasions like best door decorations for Halloween and Christmas. They also had different types of food trucks (Simply Fresh, Belinda's, Born in Brooklyn) and some others on the property on certain days of the month which many of us enjoyed. Things like this helped everyone deal with the pandemic in the most positive way. I'm not a pet owner but this place is pet friendly and there is a doggy park on the property. Great place for a family to live. No regrets and no worries living here.

Darya is really nice and helpful. I do recommend asking for her if you’re planning to move in. But there are some things about the apartments that we don’t like. The apartments do need more maintenance and are on the old side. I highly recommend taking a lot of pictures of the apartment and inspect the inside before moving all your stuff. Something that people don’t talk about is the Internet, they still use DSL that’s how old these apartments are so the most you can get is 25MB and they only work with AT&T. The parking is a HUGE problem, besides not been enough people don’t respect, once you move in they gave you a sticker so you can park inside but other people with no sticker park here and not just that people park everywhere, red zone, handicap zone and on the curb. When I get home from work is really annoying to find NO parking but seen all these cars with no sticker taking all the spaces.

My wife and I love this place. The neighborhood is a great area to live and raise your children. Since we’ve lived here— only a few months now— Jane Lanning, of the front office has been superb, and a blessing. She went out of her way to find a unit suitable for my wife and I. If there’s one downside I’d have to say, it would be all of the maintenance issues we’ve had the short time living here. But even then, Jane and the maintenance team have been on top of their game.
