Massage with Miranda was great, she listened to where my problem areas were and I walked out feeling much better. Very fair pricing as well. My one personal preference that I didn’t communicate - maybe towards that last hour of the 90 mins, let the talking die down a bit. Is great to chat about mom-to-mom stuff at first but would prefer quiet rest of the time. I don’t know how to communicate that without sounding awkward and rude. Miranda really was great though!!!

Yin yoga makes me feel fantastic and I loved our instructor. I hope you have another Yin session in the evenings! I am just starting my fitness journey and I'm so glad I found Haven.
