Went for a vintage turntable i bought ( not from them) and i thought was malfunctioning. They were very kind, competent and fast. They called me the following day. It was just a diagnosis, eventually fault was mine and how had it set it up but they responded very quickly and very kindly.

If I could give this no stars I would. I took two Dual turntables to be repaired, with the spare parts for them to fix it. They said they would, took my parts and turntables and sat on them for months. After three months they told me they could not repair them and that I needed to come pick them up. They charged me 80$ each Just for looking at them. That’s 160$ for doing nothing at all. When I got home I looked them over and noticed they didn’t even take them apart to see what was wrong with them. They say on their website that they fix Dual brand but do not be fooled. They absolutely do not work on Dual and they will only take your money or keep your items. Avoid this place at all costs. It already cost me 160$. Reply to response - They were not in terrible condition. They were in very good condition. And the one that had the broken tone arm, I actually provided all the spare parts for it which I sourced myself. You should not charge for something that you do not repair. You did not provide me a reason you could not repair it or even what was wrong with it. In cases where you tell the customer what is wrong with it I understand why you charge the fee, but if you aren’t going to provide me with any information on why you won’t fix it or how it is broken beyond repair than you should not charge the customer anything at all because from my perspective it appears like you never even attempted to repair it, then held it hostage until I paid you. This is an awful business practice. There were no signs that either of the turntables were even evaluated. I check after I got them back, and the factory paint markers were still intact. In my opinion, stay away from this business. There are far better repair shops in Los Angeles. And never, ever, take a Dual turntable to them for any reason.

George Meyer AV is awesome! Incredible customer service and support. I sent my Marantz unit in for repair under warranty and Morris did the rest. Speedy resolution and total customer satisfaction. Will definitely use them again.

They are obviously into repairing very high end units, and they don't seem to care about issues with low end units. I dealt with 2 techs, who replicated the issues with my low end receiver, then lied to the manufacturer, stating there were no issues. Pathetic. I'm sure if it was a 10k plus unit, they would have fixed it properly. Take it elsewhere.
Lines on the screen usually indicate a bad panel, which is not repairable. We would have to take a look at it to know for sure. Please contact the shop for more information, our number is 310/820-1113.

We are an authorized Sony service center, but unfortunately a cracked screen is not repairable, nor are replacement panels offered by the manufacturer.

Yes, we are an authorized service center for Denon. That's unusual, for the optical to go bad, unless the connector is bad. To check units out, we have a $80.00 estimate fee which applies toward the repair. Non refundable.
