These guys never reply to any messages or emails. The phone listed doesn’t work. I ve been messaging them to make sure they had this pair in store since it was on their website. Two weeks no reply so I decided to risk it and take the 45 min trip up there. The pair I was interested in wasn’t even in store and their excuse was BS. Save your time and money and just hit up banned LA on melrose, much better customer service and easier to contact.

Cool store with friendly employees. Wide selection of new and used clothing and shoes. Definitely recommend this store if you're in the area.

They have many different colors and styles, however their customer service is awful. It's almost like they don't want to sell to you unless you are a celebrity or influencer. They didn't wipe up or clean pre owned shoes.

I purchased a pair of Jordans at the BET experience that had two different sizes in them. I called them to figure out how to handle since I live in Vegas. At first they seemed very helpful, said they would refund if I sent back. I called back a few days after to make sure everything was ready before I sent. I found it odd that they didnt even bother to look up my order...or send a cancellation, or a shipping label...anyways, I try calling the shop, no answer. Been trying several times like today again...still no answer all this was months ago. I'm starting to get a little upset...im out almost $200 with an unwearable pair

Yes they have a huge variety in every size. If your looking to trade don't do it because they will low ball you on what you bring in no matter if it's heat or not.
Yep 100% legit. It's just like any other consignment spot. Better prices in my opinion
Yes Buy, sell, trade.. But be careful if you have heat, they will low ball your items for the benefit of there gain

Rif LA is a consignment store.
Shoes period, their prices are always lower than any other consignment store.

No restorations are done here. There is a spot called Jason Markk flagship that specializes is shoe restoration.
No wait except for release days
Possibly if they're new.
No. They wouldn’t be in business for 10+ years if they did.
No trades. You can consign them then pay the difference for your new pair.
Yea they do
