I was up since 6 in the morning trying to get the jordan 4 that were just coming out and as soon as they dropped they were already sold out I didn't even have a chance to look at the shoe after all them thousands of dollars ive wasted with shoe palace but never again will I buy anything from your store keep your shoes your clothes keep allowing all the people with bits to purchase them cud i will never even look at your page ever again

Very nice and helpful staff, went in not expecting to make a purchase but they have such a lovely selection so I couldn't resist a cute pink pair.

This place has incredible shoes, style and comfort with reasonable prices. The staff was incredibly helpful an went above and beyond. Ask for Emma. I wish she was with me every time I went to buy shoes. :-) For a girl that usually dreads shoe shopping, I had a great time...and left with 4 pairs of shoes!

Online it says they opened at 10am, when I got there they told me they didn’t open until 10:30 am. I waited the 30 minutes and when I asked for what I was looking for they told me they had in stock but I couldn’t purchase it because it was on hold for an employee. I was under the impression that if a shoes is releasing you cant put it oh hold. Are they serious!!! Can they even do that!? So disappointed.
