This place is absolutely brilliant! John rescued my daughter's Mac after a spill after The 'Genius' at The Apple Store told us it was finished and was going to be $800 plus to repair so it might be better to get a new one. I absolutely couldn't have asked for better service, everything was explained to me in detail, got the Mac back in 2 days, cost was $260. I am so happy to have found this place!

Bottom line? = You can definitely count on highly experienced and knowledgeable, capable, candid / honest, reliable advice AND service from Comp-Pros. They repaired my high-end but older laptop (including installing replacement parts and ensuring continuing full functionality) within 1 day (as promised). From beginning to end they were responsive and reliable. They DID NOT TRY selling me anything extra (that I didn't need). They DID fully fix and appropriately upgrade my laptop -- and at a truly reasonable price. Alexander provided great advice on this laptop and my potential next laptops. Antonio, the owner/proprietor, apparently oversees everything and (along with Alexander) his staff are very impressively capable, caring and responsive. Within ANY business sector, the caliber of expertise and honest, reasonably-priced, reliable service that Antonio and his Comp-Pros team provide would be rated 5-star. (FYI, before I found Comp-Pros, I spoke with several other computer repair shops in the Valley and West LA -- and found them all stunningly arrogant, unresponsive and ridiculously expensive and slow.). Save yourself headaches, worries, risks and money, and get your laptops etc. repaired or upgraded by Antonio and his Comp-Pros team.
