After delivering our order 10 hours later than arrival window (literally 9pm) not only was a large part of the order missing but returning them became a huge hassle. They hid behind fake polite answers but no action whatsoever. Their warehouse wouldn’t even assist to unload after we took care of bringing their items back ourselves. The commerce warehouse manager walked off mid conversation giving an attitude from the start and customer service failed to communicate their policies until we had already sent a truck full of items. Absolute disaster and hassle. Never shopping here again.

A very frustrating experience!!! I was very interested in a sectional sofa and contacted support email then got redirected to someone called Robin. She dragged on giving me item availability and shipping cost for over a week then told me those items are no longer available and I need to call customer support myself. Very unprofessional and totally terrible horrible service 🤬😱🤯😤

HD Buttercup always have a variety of furniture that you can choose from, including casual to formal vibes. There’s also a big section for outdoor furnitures. There is not a lot sales going on in this location, probably because their stock is going fast. At the end of the store, there is a more formal section that gives you a London cigar lounge vibe with darker wall color, dim lighting, and a lot of interesting wall decors.
