Customer service is weird. Go in on april 7th 2021 wearing a mask (because I'm not an idiot) as they say they are open online. I get there looking to buy some products, but they wont let you walk past the register to view the products. The reason being covid, yet two employees arent even wearing masks. The point of going there was to do what people do in a store and look at the different products and decide. I'm not going to have them bring up big bags of soil and what not for me to look at. I will just take my business somewhere else. If that means buying online from another business that is what'll I'll do.
