Complete scam and waste of time. The guy comes out, turns on the pilot light for a water heater. Charged $30 to flick a lighter- he said it would be no charge.... then changed his mind and left. He didn't wait to see if the flame went down again-which it did. He told me the water heater was going to break down soon and said I needed a new one which will go around 3k. First of all- there's NOTHING wrong with the water heater, it was a broken pipe and a loose pilot. He didn't even bother to check for any of that. And if I actually listened to him, I would've wasted 3k on something I never needed... what is it with companys not being honest anymore? It's clearly all about the money with this one. Oh an tankless water heater go for less than $200 which are more efficient anyways. But regular ones cost about $800 depending on the gallon size. 3k.....ha!!

I was most impressed with the products that Fuller's Plumbing had available in their store. I was needing some older items to rejuvenate my 1968 guest bath and they had them. The service I received was excellent also. I had wanted a foot stopper for the tub and the clever representative helped me create what I needed. I love to support the local businesses and want others to know you can depend on Fuller for all your plumbing answers!
