You can feel the love in this building! There is so much teamwork and they all love their patients and it really shows! They have an amazing culture and not to mention it's a beautiful facility and everyone treats you like family!

This place is absolutely horrible. My sister called me one night after trying to get someone to help her, it was past her pain medication time and she was hurting real bad. She said she pushed the help button but no one came, she also called out, saying "Nurse will please help me" and still no one. I told her to push the button and call out again while we were on the phone. We talked, over 20 minutes had gone by and still no one came. While on my cell phone with my sister, I used my landline to call a friend, I asked them to call the center and tell them that I've been on the phone with my sister, etc. A short time later, I heard someone come in and say to my sister, "Do you need something"! and say "You're not the only one here you know"! I told my sister to give her phone to the nurse, that I wanted to talk to her! I was furious and let her know that the treatment of my sister was unacceptable and I would be calling Kaiser and letting them know, this is no place to send people for help. Also, when I went to visit my sister at 1:00 pm, she was coming back from physical therapy, when we got to her room, there was a lunch tray on her table, everything was ice cold and my sister said that's the way it always is! When a nurse came in to check on my sisters roomate, I mentioned the lunch being cold, she said the tray was delivered at 11:00 am! I said "Why would they deliver her lunch when she's at her different theraphys"? She said she would let them know not to bring her lunch during her sessions! Where is the common sense! I could go on and on, but I'll just end by saying "DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE"!!!

I want to thank the incredible staff here for taking exceptional care of my grandma! Not only is this one of the cleanest skilled nursing facilities i've ever come across (excellent job infection control and house keeping), but the staff are also incredibly attentive. Thank you to the nurses in station 2 for being INCREDIBLE! Thank you to the amazing dietary supervisor, activities team and rehab team for getting her even stronger than her baseline! Thank you to the best social services team for going above and beyond to ensure she had a safe discharge and for obtaining the appropriate equipment she needed, special thanks to the Director of Social Services for being available to answer any of our questions! My grandma left this building happy, healthy and appreciative. The administrator and director of nursing are easily accessible and available for any questions/concerns, 5 STAR!

A friend of mine was here after having double hip replacement surgery, when she came home she told me how dirty the place was and how mistreated she and the other residents were treated. That her roommate an 86 yr woman was left for hours in her own feces dispute hours of repeated attempts pressing her call button. She also said that they tried to force her to take meds that were not hers this place needs to be held accountable. My self I am going to place a formal complaint to have this place investigated by the state and elder care . Do not leave it loved ones here
