I've lived here for way too long (~4yrs) but the improvements over the last year have been great. The manager (Mona) truly cares about her job and providing a quality place for us to live. Lots of young couples w/ kids, older ppl. There's a couple of wild cards but that's just to be expected in an apt. complex. San Diego is overpriced and this is no exception but as is life living a vacation city. We have "banned" breed dogs so it's extremely hard to find accepting rentals. Yes I've heard from ppl about pest issues but, like everywhere, you call a manager to get it fixed🤷

This place is not up to state code and dont let anyone let you think otherwise. The painting is not professionally done. They do sleight of hand and sneak asbestos in the contract. The buildings have lots of roaches and termites. Occasional rat. It smells like pee. The doors are easy to break into. The windows are not up to code. Dont consider this place it has changed management more times than the seasons.

Ran with bad management lived there a long time and the new owners Tell everyone that they are apartments there not still a hotel. Can't get your mail or it gets sent back. It's a slap together remodeling. As soon as you move in they will increase your rent. Renters beware!!!!!
