Twice in 2 weeks part of my order was not in my sacks. The first time I had to go back to get the missing item. The second time I just called and they put it in the book. Very annoying.

I had a great experience with the woman who was helping me, but my husband got a condescending red head who was extremely rude. Instead of helping she just kept pointing at the price sheet and saying "It's right HERE." In a rude tone. Not a fan. Hopefully they fix their customer service.
