Helpful staff. They do seem short staffed though, so expect a long line. Edit: The manager leaves his employees alone alot when they're not fully trained. If you need printing or packing services, I'd go elsewhere. Only worth going for Amazon returns, but that's only cause it's on base.

This branch is great. Very kind, personable and professional. They were able to help me coordinate a notary signing with a client while I was out of state. The Branch Manager went above and beyond to help me and my client. He even followed up to make sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciate the Branch's help!

If what you are mailing is important, skip this incompetent office and go for FedEx or straight to the post office. Went in to mail 2 different time sensitive, important documents on Wednesday. I made it certified mail so I could track when it got to the government agency I was mailing it to. 5 days later on Monday I check the tracking and there is no information at all. I called at 930 and spoke to a girl who said the owner would be in shortly and he would call me but my only option was to talk to USPS. After I finally talk to a USPS rep, they let me know that they received and scanned in my 2 parcels at 1007 that morning. Basically, the UPS store left my mail sitting in their store for 5 days rather than send it along to the post office as they should have. It is either a coincidence in the timing, or what is more likely is, it wasn’t until I called that someone got it moving. Now it is Tuesday and I never did hear from the owner, but I have filed an official complaint with UPS corporate/main body. Hopefully this kind of thing won’t happen to someone else. I’ll say it again, if what you are mailing is important, skip this incompetent office and go for FedEx or straight to the post office.
