This us by far the best Vet experience we have ever had. Our Golden Retriever ate Rat poisen and we didn't know it for several days. He was very sick and didn't know if he would make it. This hospital saved his life and even called us the next day to check up on him. Best service, caring staff and followup may be the best ever.

We found this sweetheart of a pup who was dumped, tried for about a month to find her owners, meanwhile she had been bleeding so we thought she was in heat but after 4 weeks we knew something wasn’t right. So I called down to Butterfield and got Lacie on the phone and she was so sweet and compassionate, very understanding of our situation and felt the need to help this poor girl out. Lacie Robison (I believe she is the manager) went above and beyond to help us by getting this girl in on an emergency appointment as we feared she was having pyometra or possibly complications from a previous pregnancy, as we did not know her history. Dr. Drelich examined her and was very empathetic to the situation and took her back immediately, he got her bloodwork started and got her ready to spay as soon as possible. Thank you guys so much! You ALL are the best!

The experience was great. Booked an appointment, the vet was caring and attentive, the staff was great, and everyone was smiling. Workplace vibe is a thing and my Shih Tzu benefitted from it; this has me feeling great thus far and I will continue to utilize their services.

I was playing fetch with my dog and noticed that something Traumatic happened to her but couldn’t figure out what. She was perfectly fine one moment and the next moment was lethargic and in pain. We took her in to Butterfield and per the vets recommendation had her put under anesthesia to examine her mouth thoroughly. Dr. Fox extracted a 3 inch broken piece of stick from her tonsils and upper throat area that has become wedged in there. Without this intervention I’m sure it would have become septic and ended her precious life prematurely. We will be forever grateful for the surgery.

All the vets and techs are friendly and helpful, they answer your questions and don't just usher you around so they can get you out the door. Always have appointments available at a time convenient for me. I love getting text updates as reminders for when my dog needs his annual care, makes it very easy to keep track of who needs what done and when. They have a good mixture of male and female vets and staff which is good for me because my big dog is afraid of strange men. They don't push you to do unnecessary procedures, always explain the cost and necessity of the procedure first instead of just telling you it has to be done and adding it to the bill.
