I found all the staff very courteous, helpful, and so nice. The appointment look longer than I thought but only because they were making sure my old puppy girl was checked out thoroughly. I'm very lucky to have such a place so close by. Thank you for being so kind to us.

Respect this place so much, the doctors here have never tried to pressure me into getting my dogs certain procedures or vaccines that don’t fit our lifestyle. Very knowledgeable. And most important I think they actually like dogs! Lol I’ve met so many small animal vets that seem like they don’t love animals. Would recommend and come here again

we love banfield! the staff is great , however i will say getting ahold of them is a little difficult. their business hours on google say its open at 8am however the office phone was turned off/closed until 8:35am.

I have had the most wonderful experience here! I recently adopted two kittens with the help of Sadie and after the amazing experience decided to take one of my other cats here for a teeth cleaning. I feel so safe and comfortable trusting them with my cats and will be returning for everything my kitties my need. I’ve lived in a multi cat household my whole life so I’ve been to quite a number of vets and for the first time I truly feel like everyone here cares about giving my cats the best care possible. You can tell that the entire staff here are animal lovers!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
