Went there yesterday and it wasn't to bad BUT they have this Hugh waiting room with only 5 chairs. All the rest of the chairs are stacked up in the corner with tape around them. I'm assuming its because (as everyone knows) people catch Covid if they sit and people that stand do not. What a joke!

If you have an appointment and are on time, wonderful. BUT if you are 10 minutes late they skip your turn. You are not given an opportunity to even speak with someone at the front desk, as you are now a number and not taken into consideration. I have a special needs daughter who did not want to get into the car, hence 10 minutes late. When I arrived I wanted to see if they would kindly help. I waited to just speak with someone for 45 minutes with no luck, I was now a walk in. No personal skills whatsoever. They will look directly through you and not wink. The system has changed in the last 3 years, and not good.

The front desk workers have zero customer service skills. They do not help with any questions or show any interest in helping. Appointments are required but don’t you dare show up early or they’ll make you wait outside and you can only check in 5min before your appointment. And when you finally check in, they won’t see you for another 20min past your appointment. It’s a ridiculous system, I’m going to avoid Quest next time.

My appointment code was not accepted in the kiosk . When I let the staff knows about it, they put me in a walk in basis. I waited for almost 45 minutes but no services was provided. What is the used of appointment services if it will not be honored by Quest staff member. I am trying to used the Jefferson Quest in Temecula. CA. I am scared to ask for another appointment on line because I might end up in the same predicament again. I hope my being an Asian does not have any bearing in this experience.

Can their office phone line 📞. It asks if you want to make an appointment and let's you choose the location/date/time that they have available.
Just FYI these are answered by other Google users not the office. But I have been there on a Saturday a couple of times. They are open until 12pm.
