Julie helped me find the perfect piece for my new home I was looking for! I searched all over SD at every furniture store known to man, but I still came back to this Jerome’s location because 1- they had the best selection and 2- JULIE! she listened to me vent about the piece I was looking for and was actually thoughtful about my needs for the space I was trying to fill. I often try to avoid stores like these to avoid the “salesman” that hover over you, but she directed me in the areas that I would need to find what I was looking for and then let me be while I shopped. She checked in on me, helped me measure and put thought into my plans. Just so sweet of her and SHE is why I purchased there ultimately. Thank you Julie, you helped me out more then you know. I love the piece I purchased today!

Gary was our salesperson and he was great!!! No high pressure sales at all. We explained what we needed in a recliner chair, and found the perfect one. Gary explained all the features and how to use them. Very happy with our purchase. We even got a delivery date within a few days of purchase. Thanks Gary and Jerome’s Furniture

Love the selection of furniture. Prices are generally fair, especially the bloopers section. My only complaint, the sales team doesn't need to be so in your face. From the second you walk in you've got someone following you around. When we need assistance, we know how to find someone. Give some personal space and allow for shopping to be done.

Each Jerome's store has a Dream Shop (mattress dept.) within it. So yes, that includes the El Cajon store, which is where I (Rick) work.
If you call customer service and ask them then they should be able to tell you.

If you don't receive from them any warranty via email you need to go over there to check with them maybe they write wrong address
I think regular merchandise has a year of warranty. I bought a blooper to save money. No transportation options and limited warranty were offered on bloopers/close outs, as compared to optional delivery and full warranty were offered on regular inventory.My salesperson April could probably answer your questions. She helped me with the entire sales process. I'm a first time buyer and was impressed with Jerome's. My leather 'Jasper' recliner should last years.
I haven't gone there for their sleep expertise.
Check the hidden section for cheaper stuff they are trying to get rid off
