So far I’ve been to this location a few times. The first time I went I was helped by a really nice girl named Pamela with a recliner. The last two times I’ve gone in, I was helped by Kyle L. He helped me order my bed for my new apartment 9 months ago and now today he helped me order a new bed for my sons birthday. He’s a pretty engaging, friendly and patient guy especially considering that we weren’t a fast transaction lol but each time he was never visibly impatient. Unfortunately I did have an issue with my bed frame not being available like I was told when I first ordered it but luckily I didn’t need it until right around the time that it did become available. But that would’ve really sucked if I needed it around the time I thought I would. My sons bed also said it was available for his birthday in a few weeks so fingers crossed it actually is and won’t be back ordered for 9 weeks.

I took my grandmother to Mor to pick up a bed frame to match the existing furniture in her new apartment, which she moved into after my grandfather passed away. Shortly after walking in the door, we were greeted by Kyle, who listened to our reason for visiting, examined the (blurry!) photos I took of the old furniture, and immediately took us upstairs to view several possible bed frames. Kyle helped my grandmother select an ideal frame and offered to place a contingent order that would give her time to think about it before making the purchase. On the way out the door, my grandmother spotted a bed set that she really liked, and Kyle returned to her aid, helped select the appropriate set of bed, nightstands, and dresser to replace her old furniture, and assisted her through the buying process. My grandmother walked away happy and relieved. Life has been pressing on her recently, and Kyle’s kind, friendly, and professional service helped bring her a modicum of peace, and greatly contributed to making her new apartment a home. Thank you Kyle, you were wonderful and your kind assistance is greatly appreciated! We will definitely seek you out at Mor for future furniture needs.

Hi, my mom had a very great experience at this location and she wants me to write a review for her , since she is only a Spanish speaker. A salesman named Daniel Luna helped her out and she was very happy when she came home to tell us all about him. She was very grateful that he spoke fluent Spanish which I think that it is very important. It makes me happy to know that my mom was able to make the purchase with someone who made her feel comfortable. The bed set was very beautiful and I am just very grateful for the help.
