I was in desperate need of a storage and was real lucky to find this place. The manager Ann and her husband were super cool. They also had the best rates in town. We rented a 10x10 storage unit for 3 months and needed to downsize to an 8x8 size and they booked me one immediately and also gave me plenty of time to my my stuff into the smaller unit which was very helpful. I reccomend this place for anybody who needs a place to store there stuff.

I like this storage because they have great low prices. They are in a pretty good location. They have various sizes of units. They stick by the rules, yet they don't breathe down your neck or make you feel uncomfortable when you are there. Rachel is a sweetheart and she treats everybody with kindness and basic human respect. So do the other employees. They know how to treat a customer, unlike their neighbors who know nothing about customer appreciation!! All in all, El Cajon Mini Storage is a better deal financially with the pleasures of doing business far exceeding that which you would get from (say for example) from A-1!!
