Great experience honestly. I was shopping around all day at tons of places. I seen something I liked at bobs but wanted to keep looking other places to make sure that was my final decision. When I told the salesman I wanted to look other places he was very respectful and said yea go look around and come back if you don’t find anything. I went to Ashley furniture next and the salesman there was super aggressive and wouldn’t give me space to look on my own and just talked my head off the whole time. I found a couch there I liked and told him I want to think about and go for lunch first. He wanted to join me for lunch which I declined then he made me speak to his manager before I left. That alone made me go back to bobs and buy my couch from them. Highly recommend Bobs

I had the most amazing experience in the El Cajon store. The gentleman greeted me at the entrance of the store but wasn't pushy or nothing. He helped me get the best price for a bed frame and they delivered it early Saturday morning. OUTSTANDING! I will definitely be going back.

I saw this place by accident while leaving the mall of Parkway Plaza. I was going to another store because I was shopping for console table. I decided to check it out and I am glad I did. The sales person who met me her name is Emily. She was so sweet and very helpful. I wanted something by Saturday so she only checked for items that are in inventory and told me which ones to choose from. This way I don’t waste my time. I found the perfect one. Price tag was placed which was $50 less but they still honored it. It will be delivered by Saturday to my house. They have good variety of furniture and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

Walking in the door I am invited to free coffee, drinks, ice cream and snacks. So right away big points. Staff walked me through everything I was looking for, connected to my personal needs, and really knew what they were talking about. Selection was a lot less than other nearby furniture stores and with less options. Prices and quality seemed pretty. Lose to Jerome's and actually beat MOR prices. The customer service and free goodies wins my business if the price is close enough to others.
