Update 10/6/21 My husband was finally able to pick up his ATV. It did run and start, however still leaked oil , quit starting the next day and the brakes aren't any better than when he took it in 5 months ago. The battery terminal of the brand new battery we were charged for is cracked in half from the mechanic overtightening it and the boot is secured with a freaking zip tie We sent pics and explanation of the unfixed issues and we're asked to bring it in ..again. 5 months and $500 later ( they did knock $100 off at pickup) I think we are done with that. We have politely asked for a refund . My husband dropped his 4 wheeler off to them 5 months ago for a new wheel, brakes,evaluate an oil leak and look at the brand new carburator he put on himself. They told him 2 weeks...yet here we are 5 months later. They always say "2 more weeks" when checks in. They finally claimed to have it started but didn't have the tire ordered yet ( from 5 months ago) so he said he was just going to pick it up..after paying $600 they tried to roll his 4 wheeler to him because surprise surprise it doesn't start..and the carbreuater is missing pieces. We are considering civil action because this is absurd
