I been coming to this lake for almost 12 years now an I love this community an area. The people around this community are very friendly. It's an extremely well manicured lake and the grounds are always clean.

This is nearly 40 minutes from my home and one of my favorite places to go fishing. Very clean and mowed and always frequented by friendly people. Nice walking track, lake access, playground and pavilion on the lake for great pictures.

I love coming here. It's very peaceful and quiet.even the playground near by. I think the fishing is great. And getting to the lake isn't bad . The other great feature is the walking trail it's a combo of black top and gravel. But still packed down enough to push a stroller or pull a wagon. The path does have distance markers. The picnic shelters really nice. Worth the drive

You can feed the 🦆 🦆 but please don't feed the fish...
It does cost 2reserve the shelter. But its only like $25 or so? Not much. You just call the city building & take them the payment. It's been awhile since I did it but I reserved it 4 a party. I almost chose not2 bcuz u can take the chance on it not be occupied or in use basically. So ultimately I was so glad I ended up just choosing 2pay the fee bcuz some1 was using it when I got there, but fortunately I had my paper basically saying I had paid 4it 2be reserved during that time. It also prevented anyone from trying 2share the space after we were there. So it's worth it. If i remember correctly tho I believe I might of had 2give them an additional "deposit" which was returned once we were done. Simply acknowledging responsibility 4clean up of the shelter
