I just stopped by to have some beans ground and grab an iced chai latte. I had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had with the Canfield location which I usually visit when it is crazy busy during peak. Anthony took care of me at the register and wore a smile the whole time while speaking with me and the next guest after me. I didn’t see the woman’s name who was on drive through, but she was equally kind and made sure to acknowledge that she noticed me there when she thought that Anthony had not yet taken care of me (but he was almost done grinding that aforementioned coffee). Thank you both for such sweet service!

this location used to be decent, but the last few times i came here, the frappuccino was just ice and extremely bitter coffee; there wasn't any mocha powder or milk in it at all. i really don't understand how someone can even make this mistake. it's like ordering a hamburger at mcdonalds and just receiving a bun with a few pickles on it. the crew are always really friendly and apologetic about the mistake, but it's been happening too consistently for me to consider coming back here.

Thank you Starbucks! After spending hundreds of dollars on your special coffees you helped me see the light! Sporadic working online apps, stores inconsistently opened and closed wasting my time, and long wait times, I decided to patronize other places. I can't be driving to a store where it indicates open on the app only to get there and for no apparent reason store and drive thru closed. So I'll be saving time and MONEY . Maybe bring my own coffee from home to work.

The line was extremely long. Wait time was excessive if for me I'd have left. My daughter wanted it. They were out of numerous items she settled for a 3rd choice nothing like what her real desire was. After the wait they did not hand me my entire order or indicate there was more. I pulled away started up the road and realized there should be more. Drove back had to park in another lot cross bushes and squeeze by a car too get close enough to the drive thru window and ask for my order which they knew was mine. Not an apology not a word handed it out and walked away. Horrible visit. With all of that mess it cost me close to an hour ludicrous!
