I’ve brought my daughter here since she was four years old. They have wonderful classes to get your little one active and involved including painting, dancing, tumbling, swimming and sports. It’s also a good place to make other parent friends and get a workout (they have childcare!). The pool is clean, warm and welcoming. Classes are open to all including the elderly and out of shape lol. It’s a great community place for families, the youth, and everything in between.

Really good in the workout gym with my 10 year old boy. Just getting started on upper body and cardio

Very friendly personnel. I came across a safety issue and, after reporting it, I was please with the prompt response from Athena who ensured that the area affected was secured. Great job.

In West valley there is no day care facility
I am not sure, I didn't use their facilities, I was on delivery assignment.
Currently due to the pandemic there are 9 Ys operating as hygeine centers across LA open for showers M-F from 9-2pm. The West Valley Y in Reseda and Mid Valley Y in Van Nuys are the closest ones.
Not yet, but working on it. The Ventura chapter is though. They are offering online and onsite live classes (of course, with the necessary precautions). Live meaning real-time (not pre-recorded).
Currently, gym is open. Small group and group x classes are closed from 3/16 to 3/30 until further notice. This includes water classes.
The campus is not a hotel service, it is a place that offers access to gym and other activities related to exercise and health
I'm an instructor and do not handle the front desk but very familiar with most of the staff. They are generally very friendly and courteous and I would not expect this type of behavior. If you ever have a concern about something like this again, just reach out to a manager. Correction will be addressed if, it did, in fact happened.
Yes, 2 of them. Larger with lap lanes and smaller for children and families, plus spa and dry sauna.
It varies. The price for a single membership is definitely different than for a family membership. Also if you want one location versus multiple locations or even Statewide locations and national locations it's going to vary as well. So I would suggest calling the one that's local to you and getting their price points because it does vary between locations
Depending on the day, most weekdays are 10pm.
Yes. I think we pay $70 a month for our entire family. There is a much lower monthly fee for singles and this facility is awesome. Several rooms with top notch work out equipment two pools and lots of classes.
8pm that day, for this location. Others close much earlier so it's best to call them ahead of time. West Valley is only open until 2pm.
