Today, I had the worst experience with the sore manager. Just Because I did not bring my receipt to return the item, he said he wouldn't take it. So I asked to order a new size on line since they were outstok. He said no they don't have your size either. I asked him for corporate office number maybe they could help me. again he said I am the manager no one will help you because it's my store policy. I am disgusting the way he approached me. Never come back to the store.

This location has changed a great deal in a good way. The newer staff goes by the book and is fair to the customers. The new Manager Mark does a great job with the releases and his customer service is great aswell. The entire staff is great, I shop there often.

Super bad customer service. Definitely last time I will go. The worker got mad just because we didn't want to sign up for rewards, after our transaction was done he picked the box of shoes towards us. I've gone before and no one was ever rude, but yesterday was the first and last time I will ever buy anything there. All the employees were rude there was not one that was nice or at least had good customer service.

Updated review Today I had to go back to the store because i need it to return a new purchase I made on finish line (I'm a frequent shopper at finish line ). I walk in the store, got to the register and the cashier was ( Linda )and the first thing that she told me was; "didn't i help you before ? and I said yes about 1 week or two ago then she said "oh yeah you are the guy that put a bad review on me ",The guy i didn't want to take the shoes back ! in a very rude way !!! and I heard some of the store associates laugh and some very surprise that she said that ! I was beyond surprise!! than i said to her you don't tell people off like that, everyone is entitle to their opinion, and i told her i need to talk to your manager this is not cool !!! then she replied "Im the manager!",I did not know what to do, then I told her,I was going to update my review !! I ask for the store manager name and she didnt want to write down until i insist for her to write it down. I felt really mad,this is not the way to treat your frequent customers (specially management !)This is not right ! I call corporate office and made a complaint !
