I have had to use their services several times and I am always treated with a friendly smile and caring attitude. My only gripe is the fact that NO appointments are coffered for xrays and often times the wait period is over 30 minutes. I understand that xray times can vary, so appointments may appear to waste the technicians time when xrays are finished quicker than expected. BUT this could be augmented by taking walk-ins to fill in the gaps. Can't beat the staff's professional and courteous attitude though.

Totally worthless staff never called me that the first request was not written correctly until I showed up for my appointment. They had one month to call me to correct the problem. After this issue was corrected I scheduled another appointment and waited for another month. Showed up to my appointment the second time just to find out one of the procedure was not authorized. Again they had one month to inform me about the issue. The front desk staff who should have called me were so lazy.

Place is always busy. But they work hard to get to get you through the queue. Considering the pressure of regulations, COVID-19 and the shear volume of patients, they do a great job. Worth the wait.
