I’m praying CORPORATE READS..this is the Worst FEDEX location I’ve ever been to, my package I left on MONDAY MORNING still sitting there for over 4 days. After noticing this I requested an update in person and the rep advised me my package was left behind in error🤔🤔🤔. No error on my part… took my package back and went to a different location, also this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them. Furthermore the workers (morning and evening shift) are clueless and rude.

I walked in today to an obviously understaffed service center. Line almost to back exit, and the employee at the counter seemed to have fun taking out her frustrations on the clients. Elizabeth was vulgar and passive aggressive - taking her time almost on purpose and making even asking a question impossible. Don’t go to this FedEx location for any services. It’s a terrible experience!

TERRIBLE customer service, rude and not helpful. They don't explain why or what you did incorrectly they just say NEXT! Never will be using this location again.
