The worst experience, my first time buying a car in this country and unfortunately I am disappointed. I was assisted by Mr. Rudy and Mr. Jorge, who sold us 2 used cars and mine had a damaged seat and just to sell, they say they fix it and they have spent 4 months paying for the car and they never fixed it, they just want to change for a more expensive car so that one pays more, without knowing the effort one makes to pay and not look bad like them. They say they can't buy the damaged part.

Wanted to lease a Tahoe LT. Discussed the price with my sales rep Ana who is the best rep there. I went ahead and switched my insurance & took everything out of my vehicle. After all the negotiations were done and it was time to sign, upper Managment tried to get me to finance which I had specifically mentioned I was not interested in. Not only did he try to change the terms I had agreed on with the sales rep, he also tried to get me to pay more $$ after we had already agreed on a monthly LEASING payment. I was unable to switch my insurance back and was told to try again tomorrow so I am currently in an uninsured vehicle. I have had plenty of amazing car purchases with Ana but this gentleman ruined it and I will never lease from there again.

It was OK. Either I misunderstood the estimate quote for repairs or I was given the wrong quote. Either way it was $600 over what I anticipated. Although I was given 10% off, you don't offer veterans anything. Very surprising.

Totally agree with you Enordy I saw a great offer Cherolet impala Good price and others When I arrived, this car had mechanical problems among other things It was all a hoax. A. Bait to attract the customer In the end I went shopping But that's not the end My credit is damaged, because the car that I delivered, I still owed it to the bank, and they made the payment late, as a result of that I have a negative account and my credit is down 22 points. No way, one more experience.
