So far, they have only been closed, no one there and I still can't find it behind the Miami Shores Fire Deparent. There is nothing there but thick brushes and housing. I even gotvofvmr sidecar rig and walked around without seeing anything like a balloon. Maybe it's a giant hooka rig disguised as a balloon with happy pups smoking good ganja. We have a lot of that down here, so who knows. They did respond to one of my txt, else maybe hope is still there!!!
