Publix Pharmacy at Miami Shores

The Publix pharmacy at Miami Shores really need to improve on customer service. They implanted the curbside pick up service and did a horrible job. I was at the pharmacy earlier today for a pre paid online order, I called the pharmacy cashier agent and told her I'll be outside so she can bring the order out. When I arrived, the same lady answer with an attitude and told me to call Customer Service for them to come get the order and bring it out. Now, i just spoke to you and advise this, which she didn't say this information the first time we spoke when I was on the way. Secondly, she could have just put me on hold and call Customer Service to come pick up the order and tell them the car color and the customer name, all she did was just transfer me to tell them to get my order and have me waiting longer. Mind you, I have a toddler sleeping in the car which is why i did the curb side delivery option in the first place. I did speak to the Manager from Customer Service Carol who have to talk to that associate for lacking customer service experience. Don't do the curbside option if you can't communicate with other department and make it a good experience for the Customer. Your department for the pharmacy is lacking and need improvement asap. Horrible service, won't recommend.

Publix Pharmacy is generally much better than most. You can prepay and it will save you time. Comparing the Walgreens next door, calling them and getting a response, is way better than most in getting a real person. Publix Pharmacy charges for medications are on average way less than Walgreens. Walgreens is one of the most expensive places to get your med's. If you don't have insurance Enrol in The Good RX Card Individual or Family Plan. Publix is usually one of the lowest Cost for you, using Good RX. Their online application, is easy to use, and will allow you to know, the cost in advance and get a coupon for use. If you shop at this Publix you can have the advantage of, scheduling and picking up your prescriptions while shopping.

To the the few disgruntled customers who posted here: Publix pharmacy is like being at a high-end store that respects its clients as opposed to Walgreens North Miami. Mistakes happen. But there is attention to detail, responsiveness to phone calls, hey- they ANSWER the phone. And they actually listen to you. In contrast, Walgreens NM puts you on permanent hold after an incomprehensible dialogue with a robot, offers inaccurate Covid information ( yes!), and disconnects you eventually. The Walgreens-hired staff can barely string a sentence together. So in my book, Publix is fabulous.

horrible turn around time on critical medications say it will be ready by 6 pm and when you come to get it The Next Day they tell you it wont be ready untill 5 ..... ummm is was suppost to be done 23 hours ago Do better
