Am I a celebrity? Is it my birthday? Imagine a rockin' night club where everyone is high on life. Well, that's this Starbuck's. You receive red carpet service. For every customer! I think I'm dynamic but dang, I felt special. Obviously, I was greeted with smiles and cheers by several employees. The music was sending cool vibes, drinks were stacking up and employees were delivering vivacious enthusiasm. Yes, that Part. What was more impressive is that I observed and heard employees cheering each other on in the workplace. This is the place to be a barista!

The manager should talk to the her employer call Ana with pink hair , I told her If she can do my drink again and she ac like she did and it was the same drink, I had to get out and walk in to get my drink right. For me it is very disrespectful that she did that thinking that I'm stupid and won't notice . Bad customer service !!!

You guys got so busy today!!! Your location is always busy. You handled it well. You were very apologetic to me. Which was super sweet of you. You offered the refund. Offered to make my drink. But honestly being busy is out of your control. I'm happy you guys went above and beyond to make me happy. I was having such a bad day. But the customer service from you changed my mood and I left happy. I appreciate all of you. Thank you for the customer service!

What a GREAT improvement with the remodel. It looks like it was gutted and rebuilt from bare walls. The remodel has an expanded coffee bar including the Nitro Brew coffee on tap. The furniture is all new and is comfortable! San Diego South Bay Starbucks typically include uncomfortable furniture that seems like it's built for a public school detention room. I've always been amazed how inviting the Starbucks are in Mexico compared to here. Quite a nice change!!
