The inability of the owner/ employees to make the correct appointments is astonishing. Visited the salon two days in a row at my appointment time ( which I wrote on my calendar while on the phone and repeated back to the woman on the phone) and was told I had the wrong day and time. No apology from staff. I was told abruptly and rudely that I was wrong and would have to wait if I wanted service. The customer service is severely lacking. Will ensure everyone I’ve told to visit this salon does not.

Almost two years ago, after going somewhere that did an absolute horrible job on my acrylics, a friend suggested going to Sky Nails. They got me in quickly and made my nails presentable again. They did such a great job and were so personable, they turned into my go-to, I refuse to go anywhere else. Johnny is so precise and always makes sure you're happy with your nails before you leave. I've gotten a couple of family members to start going there and would highly recommend to anyone!

I love this nail salon- I have been coming here for nearly three years and I’m never disappointed. My sister comes with me and now my mom has joined us as well!
