Stay away from the edge of this city and definitely this court!! I believe some officials should inspect this courthouse. Because they are like black hole, no escape from them. Whether you are right or guilty, it doesn’t matter. In the end you always pay!!!!

Nothing ever close to schedule. Staff rude, including arrogant magistrates and judges. Hope to never have to see this court again

Well I originally rated this court house a 1 star. As of yesterday honorable Judge Matt Comstock had finally granted my motion (after 3 times) to remove my son off a restraining order my mother put him on with her, my step father and sisters against my boyfriend 7 months ago. I do want to count my blessings and show my gratitude for it. Also want to Thank the offendant who personally apologized to me in person for defemation of character because my family has made me out to be someone I am not. I have patiently waited and had continued to pray about this horrific and traumatic mess my own family is putting me thru. I just continue to trust in God to get us thru it. Remember Bereas motto Be Kind!!!! But I do keep praying for my boyfriends monitor to be removed for he has paid it over the past 7 months. Just keeping the faith. God Bless! Thanks again. ❤️

When do I go to court
File a eviction in civil court . more than likely issue a three day notice first.
Maybe you should call and ask them just to be sure but I think you mail it directly to the court.
Get a lawyer . not even kidding your p.o. could be harsh and recomend you finish your suspended sentence . its going to cost you money and your going to end up spending more money going to some sort of alcohol and drug abuse classes. No matter what just count on spending some money. What ever stuff the lawyer tells you to do, just do it.
