I had a horrible experience! This was a quick stop on the way out of San Diego. I bought a cold cup for 21.95 and a tall mango refresher. I also ordered another refresher but asked her to put it in the cup. She ended up only making one refresher and when I asked her about it, she said I was only charged for one. She said I never ordered two. I didn’t want to argue. I had given the clerk two gift cards worth $10 and told her to scan the rest on my app. She scanned them and threw them away. On my way home, I noticed she had not scanned them correctly and charged me full price on the app. She threw my ten dollars away!

I came in and ordered a iced coffee, I sat down and could not see anyone make it. Close to 10 minutes after ordering I get up to look and see if they made it, it was just sitting there. No one called my name and it was fairly quiet so I would have heard so. As well no one thought to say anything as I'm just sitting there waiting.

Very nice and fast location a bit packed but that did not slow them down. No drive thru at lmthis location only walk up. Nontheless a positive location with good vibes.

I like coffee. My usual go-to place to geek out on my computer. This Starbucks has the longest cushioned "couch" if any location that I've visited. This location was renovated last year with new seating and new tables. Very nice, friendly staff. Clean restroom. Good food options nearby.
