I go to Starbucks a lot and this one has the SLOWEST drive thru I've ever experienced especially in the morning. The person taking orders is so slow and just takes forever. She pauses for minutes at a time. She literally holds up the line ten fold. I've started driving out of my way to go to different locations and still get through quicker even though this one is on my way to work.

What is the point of ordering through the app 15 minutes ahead if they won’t let you inside and make you wait in the drive-thru another 15 minutes+? The ironic thing is that they didn’t have one of my drinks ready, so I had to wait longer. The barista wasn’t really a great customer service example either.

Normally have great service here. Just ordered an Americano and was given a busted cup. When the gentlemen handed the cup to me there was already a stain on the side. I thought no biggie. By the time I got home there was a pool of coffee at the bottom of my cup holder and the cup sleeve was drenched.

Spacious and new. Not great for work due to limited seating. Only two reading chairs. The internet is so slow it is practically useless. This is not a “third place” I would go to.
