Miranda! One rude , ignorant and classless employee. Dan on the other hand diffused an argument that was about to explode. Miranda! Needs lessons in politeness, respect, attitude and anger.

This is my first time printing from a FedEx office, and I must say, I truly appreciate the help received by Dan M. I wasn't able to print what was needed off of the computer there due to formatting from the website I used itself (nothing to with FedEx technologies). Dan M. offered great help to aid me in printing by allowing me to send my map documents to the FedEx domain, and offered me affordable prices to print in color. A wonderful spirited employee by the name of DaMaria Hall gave me great insight of the company, and shared her experience with me. By just watching her work with other customers with her resilient customer service made store 0216 the best office store I've printed from. Overall, both Dan and DaMaria had excellent customer service skills, and I definitely would recommend this store to anyone who is in need of printing services. I went to make photo copies. Spent a whole hour scanning pics to walk out with nothing. The screen froze on me while checking out. Basically I would have to start over with my service. The gentleman there that helped me this evening was very helpful. He even volunteered to scan all my pics for me and I could pick them up tomorrow. I declined though since i did alot of cropping and editing myself. He did mention some customers have stated that it's done the same thing. So I'm assuming the computer system needs an upgrade or something.
