San Ysidro Health Urgent Care

I used to be a kaiser patient. I got screwed over and lost my kaiser coverage so now I'm stuck with blue shield. Which means I get the privilege of visiting San Ysidro clinics whenever I'm sick. Not my favorite thing. However. I visited here today (as I have done a handful of times in the past few years) and I was so impressed. I wish I remembered the doctor's name. He was so fantastic. He made me feel comfortable talking about health issues. He took his time and didn't rush me. Unlike a recent visit I had with a physicians assistant in my own Dr's office. Very thorough, super friendly. I'm surprised and quite pleased!

They're sooooo slow in this place. Waited for more than 2 hours for my baby to be seen and there's not a lot of patients . It shouldn't be called urgent care!Doctor was good tho and that's the reason I'm giving 3 stars

Took my cousin in for ekg with dr Jordan I think was his name he was very rude and lacked patience. He is very unprofessional

Went a few months ago after sudden confusion and digestive problems kept worsening. They had me wait for a doctor to come out. I wasn't let in two hours before closing because I needed labwork done and they had closed that area for the day. Came back much earlier a few days later with the same symptoms. They let me into a room, and this time the person that saw me dismissed everything. He didn't even take my blood preasure, and denied labwork because "he could... but I didn't look dehydrated". He left to "see if there was something else he could do for me" and after 20 minutes someone comes in to discharge me. PCP said the notes they gave him said I went in for depression.
