We were in the area on vacation when our little guy spiked a 104.1 fever. Everyone was very nice, loved the extended hours since it was 9pm on a Friday, if they had not been open we'd have had to go to the ER. Only subtracted a star because the nurse took his temp with a forehead scanner and said it was normal, when we said that can't be right he's burning up, she did it again and said it was normal. My husband said "feel him, he's not normal," she said if we insisted she could take a rectal temp... we insisted, and it was 102.8 even after we'd given him tylenol. Besides that it was as pleasant as a late night urgent care visit on vacation could be.

I typically bring my son here and have a great experience but today I was very disappointed. I brought my son in and it was extremely busy but the physician that helped us out barely even spent 1 minute trying to diagnose my son. She didn’t bother even checking to see if his fever or symptoms were coming from possibly ear infection? She walked in just to tell us that we will get COVID results in a few days. And walked out. I would not recommend Dr. Giboney at all.

I never review anything, but had to review this place. I would give them 6 stars if I could!! Doctors, nurses, and front desk staff were all amazing. Kind/caring, professional, knowledgeable, efficient. This was our first experience of urgent care with our 2 year old daughter and I was not looking forward to it. They made me feel so safe. They made a difficult/stressful experience with a sick kid as positive as it could possibly be. So grateful!!
