This place deserves zero stars. Ive only visited this place four times and I can honestly tell you that out of the four times I’ve visited, I left in tears and so frustrated. Their staff on the second floor are completely rude, and don’t care for any of their customers/patients. One thing that they all really need to work on is their COMMUNICATION. This is my first pregnancy, and I know I’m not familiar with most of the information, but it’s no excuse to be treated so horrible. I Met with a prenatal practitioner and she first asked me how far long I was.. she rudely interrupted me before I could answer and asked if I was fasting. Then looked me up and down. I then said no, and asked her why. She then explained that I was supposed to be fasting 8-10 hours prior to take a glucose test, NO ONE INFORMED ME. She then ordered an ultrasound for me (which she stated was going to happen on my NEXT APPOINTMENT WITH DR. Roxas hazelann) and told me to come back 8am for glucose test no appt needed. I then go back, get there on time, literally the second person there to sign in, and the LAST person to be seen. It took them 45-1hour to see me. I literally watch everybody that walked in after me, be seen before me. If I needed an appointment I would’ve scheduled one. After finally being called, the lady tells me id be waiting there for 3 hours.(normal for a glucose test, I guess.) that is something you inform your patients PRIOR to arriving. What if I had other appointments that day? Which I did! TERRIBLY COMMUNICATION! Anyways the day after that, I met with dr roxas, and she was great.. AFTER I explained to her that I was unhappy with their customer service. Her nursing staff,( whoever checks you in, checks your weight blah blah blah) defiantly need attitude checks.I felt so rushed, as if my appointment didn’t matter. & ever after Me not knowing that dr.roxas left the room; & that our appointment was done, her staff walks in and says “she does have other patients to attend to” with SOO MUCH ATTITUDE. There are so many other problems that I would like to address but it probably won’t change anything. When I visit this place I literally feel like I am getting the worst care for both me and my baby. That my child won’t be treated with the best care there is to give.how could you trust people who can’t treat their patients with respect and absolute kindness?

I dealt with four people total for my visit in the urgent care center and everyone was pleasant. All went smooth and the wait was not bad.

Had to return the other day and I can safely say this is the best little hospital in the south bay. I do not understand why it only has 3 plus stars when the staff are excellent, the hospital itself is immaculate and you do not have to wait to be seen. This facility should have ten stars.

Very unprofessional, unpleasant overall experience at the Chula Vista location. There is miscommunication between departments that result in bad client service and appointment keeping. I've had 3 appointments here where the doctor/counselor either forgot I was there, wasn't even in that day, or I was turned away because they didn't see me on their calendar. This is all within the past 2 months. Almost every appointment I've had here has been a bad experience. Today I went in to get lab work done. I was told at my last appointment that I could just walk in to the clinic on Monday morning and get it done. I do that today, and I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment even though they found the lab order on their system. Their communication is terrible and will waste your time. I have a number of other stories of incompetence that would make this review longer than it needs to be. Just know that this location doesn't care about you, your time, or providing you with relevant information. Avoid it if you can.
