Upon hire I was told hours are available to us caregivers. Jaime , the office staff was so rude, not professional and I feel made my schedule purposely difficult. I feel they are not welcoming at all. People with no compassion should not work the phones. I was sent to homes of clients as planned. Upon arriving I was not told the correct care plan. I was thrown into unsafe environments such as being exposed to things I should have been aware of. I spoke to HR and management. I requested if owners could speak to me. Nothing at all. Hiring us caregivers and only caring about the $ and not our well being is not okay. This happened twice and I have escalated it. Companies like this should be held accountable as it is their duty to know the health and severity of client before staff walk in.

As a former employee, this particular location had the best staff! The owners, as Home Instead is a franchise, treated their staff wonderful. I highly recommend this particular location for employment if you're looking to work in care giving.

Home Instead provides the best support we could hope for for my 87 year-old dad who wants to live independently. Their flexible care services and quality staffing exceed our expectations every time! My dad is not the easiest person to work with. His caregiver quickly learned how to win his confidence and provide him the support he wants and needs. The Home Instead team is incredible!! Our caregivers are a extension of our family and they care for our mom and dad which dad is suffering from dementia. Our caregivers help mom to be able to live at home by helping with daily routines and tasks. They give great care to my dad and treat him with so much care and compassion. This provides our family with comfort knowing that our parents are in great hand when we are not there.
