Silena and her team do a great job taking care of you. Rooms are great, breakfast terrific, and staff is friendly. I took the complimentary shuttle to the Mandalay Bay Casino one of the days and they were able to bring me back (I think last pickup is 10pm) thank you Ron. On my departure day, I was able to get a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Thanks Richard. Overall it was a great experience. I hope to be back there next rime I'm in Vegas!

This is a good, clean Residence Inn. What really makes this property shine is its staff. Front Desk staff was hyper professional and courteous. There was an issue with my gift card and they did all needed to fix it promptly. The breakfast attendant was excellent. Breakfast itself was also adequate. Location is good, off the main road (quiet) near an outlet mall and restaurants.

The pet deposit is non refundable and very steep, but we were in a bind and needed something pet friendly very quickly, so this was great. The staff were all great. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was surprisingly good. We really enjoyed ourselves.

April 2022. Shoutout to Ms. Lucille the assistant GM for her professionalism. Was visiting to attend an off-strip, private venue. Some noise from the pool but ended at a reasonable time. Hallways were empty, neighbors were quiet. Room was spacious with ample room to set aside garments, have in room meals etc. Location, part of town is not too busy or loud. Essential establishments in walking or short driving distances. Great place if you don't want to stay on Strip or downtown but close enough to access those places with relative ease. Felt safe, nighttime security was visible. Marriott member for many years, would stay at this property again.
