Nice beach at Miami beach. Parking lot is convenient and not horribly expensive. A little congested due to lots of hotels in the area but hey, everyone is on vacation here.

Beautiful peaceful park. Great for photos or to just sit around to have a picnic by the park. The only downside is that there are a few homeless individuals.

Very little. Possibly too crowded for my taste. My own beach in North Beach is much better - see my pictures here for proof. Old Miami Beach style before the wretched developers built their towers beachside.

You're not supposed to take them on the sand but nobody really enforces it
When I was there, no one said a word! My phone was about to die and I was trying to see where my friends were at so, I plugged into the outlet and kept talking for about 10mins. Smile.
