Our waiters where top notch, at the Bridge Water Chili's. Dylan, Brennan attended to every need without hesitation. The manager Brandon, made sure every need was meet. Great experience. Will be going back soon. Very pleased with everything.

Great tasting food for what you pay! Always fresh and tasty.( Found plastic in my husband's Sprite but the waitress didn't seem to think it was a big deal and didnt offer us any kind of resolution today..)that was pretty disappointing. But usually,always a great experience.

I just saw the receipt on line, my husband ordered a side salad ( it came with the price of the meal). He was charged $5.00 for a large salad. Also, when the waitress came to deliver our meals, she handed everyone their plates. She didn’t set them down in front of you. She didn’t tell anyone it was hot. My 13 Yo grandson burned his hands. Today he has blisters on his fingers.

Very disappointing experience at Chili's. I ordered a hamburger, plain only onions. When I got it it had cheese and I let the server know. He took it to get me a corrected Burger. When he brought it back I could see pieces of cheese on the bun so I turned the burger over and could see that cheese had just been scraped off. When he came back to check on us, I let him know that I couldn't eat that and he then lied and told me they gave me a new burger. When I showed him the burger he acted like he couldn't see the cheese all over it. I told him to take it back and take it off my check. He later told me he informed the manager, however the manager never came out, never addressed it with me. I am furious, not by the initial mistake because that's no big deal, but by their continuing to add insult to injury and making things worse. I ended up leaving with out having eaten. I'm fuming.
