I wait there for 35mins - in this time I've seen 2 door dashers pick up their food after waiting 15-20mins, some customers getting their order quickly but then complaining about something or other wrong with the order Never mind the fact that there were only 2 other dine-in customers waiting and myself for a takeout order And before opening these reviews I saw one of the staff members eating the fries off the cooker... I have not been to a wingstop, in-person, in years- BUT this is not at all how I remember this place My drinks are pretty much watered down at this point, goodness gracious Oh and they couldn't give me exact change so I forfeited a dollar and some change- which is fine but I imagine folks counting their pennies wouldn't appreciate it. And their receipt printer was out of ink they thought they just needed to replace the paper... again, I can understand BUT shouldn't the manager at least know that much They were apologetic for the time but I can only imagine if it had been someone more confrontational/aggressive/argumentative...

I ordered original hot and mango habanero and they gave me mango habanero and then just wings with no sauce on them. they messed up my online order. then i got also cajun and they gave me a completely different flavor like cmon man get it together worst experience ive had with wingstop

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. They don't care AT ALL about their customers. We have ordered from the website many times, and the order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time, they left out Blue Cheese sides. Last time they left out the fries. When I called and asked to speak to the owner, the person answering the phone said "he isn't here very much" and that the "manager just quit yesterday" and the person I was talking to "had another job so he wasn't there that much" but he was in charge. He didn't care at all about finding out what was wrong with my order, or fixing it. If I could order from a different Wingstop I would but they on the website you are limited to the closest location. Such a shame that they can't get every order right. Isn't it their JOB to check each order before it gets packed for delivery? They would if they cared at all about customers, but clearly they now if the order is being delivered, the recipient isn't going to bring the whole order back to ask for a refund for missing items.

Awesome wings. Ordered a small combo. Lemon pepper and hickory smoked BBQ flavored wings. Both were great.
