Amazing venue and experience! We held a concert here called Sunday Sounds, and from the moment I spoke to Marcy till after the event was over, I knew we were going to come back here. The staff is super kind and helpful, the space was gorgeous and they accommodated all of our needs as they came up. Please book this place for your next event!

I produced a feature film here and LOVED the facility! Great amount of parking, space is flexible to build set from offices, apartments, garages, etc. Location offered everything we would need including dozens of desks for set dressing, tables and chairs for production, pop up changing rooms for talent, makeup station, etc. Very friendly owners who did everything possible to help our project succeed.

What a fantastic venue space in downtown LA! It was the perfect spot for us to host a private event for our company. The space was the perfect size, in a great location and the staff that we worked with were beyond exceptional. They are attentive, caring, flexible with what you want to do for your event and will bend over backwards to make sure that your event is a success. I am definitely coming back to the space and using it for other internal and external events for our company, and the price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend!
