Martinez Manglardi. Let me start out with ZER0 STARS, N0 STARS. They don't even deserve 0ne STAR but unfortunately I have to leave one star to leave a review. I presented my malpractice case to Martinez Manglardi in Kissimmee Florida with facts and medical records for malpractice and was told I would be hearing back from them. I never did hear back from them even after i call them numerous times about my malpractice case and they would take my name and phone number and say they would call me back. How many times do I have to call them to finally get it that they don't care. eventually that cost me alot of wasted time and effort that actually could have been invested in actual law firm who cared for malpractice victims. Disgustingly disappointed in Martinez Manglardi.

The staff at this firm were fantastic throughout the whole process. Andrea Isaza-Roldan & Vilmarie Mendez are the one two punch at this firm that made this rough process smoother. These two individuals kept me in the loop with all motions, opposing counsel requests, and responded to my requests promptly. There were some bumps but those were handled and solved. I would refer anyone I know to this firm. My attorney Mrs. Padilla is one of those individuals that will fight for you as hard as she can, and makes sure she understands your pain. She sits with you in the beginning, walks you through the process, discusses with you the process, and what to expect during every milestone. Yes the process can take time but this firm and their staff prepare you as best as possible for it.
