For hiking best place to park is the nature center in the north side of the park. Lots of trails start there. Otherwuse side streets work too on forest hill Rd side

Yes you can, there is a app called airmap, it work by showing you controlled and uncontrolled airspace. If you happen to fall under a control airspace you can request authorization from the FAA but for that you need to plan ahead. This park is all under uncontrolled airspace so fly at ease but remain under 400ft.

No, no bike rental here. There is bike rental place by the SI boardwalk on Fr. Capodanno Blvd - however, I think their season closes on 9/21.
