At first I was hesitating about the services. But when I told the groomer what I wanted and she said she got it she actually did have it!! She did an amazing job. My pup is happy and I am too. The after scents can be improved but the cut and service were amazing

The customer service was good but the actual services were terrible. My dogs came home with skin infections. My friend took her dogs and had the same thing happen (our dogs don't interact with each other). I don't think they clean their stations properly. I wouldn't recommend this place, the dogs get over saturated with perfumes and their coats feel filmy afterwards.

First time at Doggone Beautiful, experience was positive. Dogs were not anxious or unhappy when we picked them up. Good grooming, we discussed the haircut style and they follow it, dogs looked gorgeous!

Ive been taking my pet here for months, but today was a complete different story. The lady asked me if I was fine with her being shaved due to matting, she never mentioned her tail, only her body but whenever they ask us this they never mention the tail, and the tail never gets shaved. We left her there to get groomed, we went to pick her up and the lady was smoking outside telling us we had to wait till 12 because we took a few minutes longer than expected. When we went inside, there were other staff but they were yelling loudly at all the other dogs! We took our dog into the car and that’s when we saw the bald spot next to her ear and her tail completely shaved down like a rat’s! Never coming back until this situation is dealt with. Everybody, every employee was pulling and pushing the dogs, mistreating them, completely heartbreaking. Do not take your baby here if you want them to be mistreated! Do not take them here, I nearly started crying. Edit : She took back our dog to give her another haircut to shave down her body more to be more proportional with her body.
