I could live in this place as the smell of leather lingered all through the store. Everything was displayed wonderfully. Greeted as soon as I walked into the store with smiling faces. The manager (Kim) was absolutely wonderful. Professionally friendly, excellent demeanor ... You could tell by her employees attitude and attentiveness that she knows what she is doing.

Today (6/26/22) I went to the store located at 640 Centerview Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34741 and I bought one of their products, when I went to the checkout to pay, they charged me a different price than the one I marked on the label, when I commented to the seller, he told me that the price is that of the invoice, not the one that marks the note, and if I did not like it, I simply left the note and they would return the money. I really did not like the attitude of the seller ... !!! Please, I would like you to apply actions to your employees, it is not the way to solve this type of situation...

Wow! Great selection of boots for the whole family- and much more! Clothes - shirts, jeans, belts, hats, toys ... we enjoyed browsing and the staff was pleasant. Stop in if you’re looking for a certain type of boot - they just may have them!
